How to Make a Sock Doll, DIY dolls from socks (2 socks style) 

The person who first came up with this, if that is this person, impresses me with their creativity! Seamstresses are a special kind of wholesome creatvity!! Sooo cute!

These are the most adorable sock dolls I have seen since I was a child. And that has been many, many years ago. I now have a great project to complete for next Christmas! My goal is to make at least 50 of these as gifts to one of our shelters for battered women and children. Thank you so very, very much for sharing your talent with us.

This is the best example of a DIY video I've ever seen. She goes through it slowly she shows every step. And it isn't really complicated. I sell kits on eBay. If they have too many steps people just won't buy from me again. But simple steps like this make it easy for the buyer. Or if you're teaching a child to do something, that's fun and easy, this is a great video. Thank you so much for putting this on here. I already sell Sock Monkey Kits online. This really simplified the instructions for me. I hope you don't mind if I take a few pictures. Because it is difficult for me to describe some things people need to see . Again thank you so much. Please don't be insulted but I'm going to make these for my son and daughters puppies for Christmas they will be much loved. I will use old socks as stuffing. At the moment I just use odd socks to make sock balls for them. With two grandsons they soon wreck socks. Thank you.. it's also something I can do post surgery when I'm confine to bed for two weeks

Brings back kind of some memories for me and these are so cute and thank u for sharing . My Nanna made really cute n pretty dolls out of socks but from little dainty tiny socks for baby dolls or Ballerina from little girl socks up to women s socks usually white and she used the heel for the bottom of the doll . She would embroider the eyes n mouth or make eyes and used small pieces of yarn or long and spiraled pieces and made cute hair and made clothes . I love these kind of dolls and u are talented I miss her so much . Again thank u

This video reminds me of my childhood days which I usually played barbie dolls and more. Your video entails a lot of learning especially nowadays that we still overcoming the pandemic which is the corona virus. Some of us might find some creative ideas and I'm one of them and when I saw your video I quickly watch it. And here I am now, inspired by your video. I was motivated that's why in my RU-vid channel I have made also stuffed toy using sock. It may not perfectly made but I just tried because I was encouraged a lot after seeing this video.❤️

I wanted to say that if you are no good at sewing like me, an option can be a hot glue gun like I used. It works just as well, but make sure you have adult supervision. Anyways, great video!
