STRAWBERRY DREAM
3 oz/90 ml Gin
2 oz/60 Pineapple Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
1 Large Strawberry (Quartered)
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Method
1. Add the strawberry, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker tin.
2. Muddle the mixture thoroughly.
3. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
5. Fine strain into a coupe.
4. Garnish with a strawberry.
