just wondering as i'm new to watching these kinds of videos, what is the purpose of the jar light and why would I not just want to use the light in it's original form? Great tutorial btw :)
Good question. I've had this happen to me already cause sometimes the batteries don't last very long. You could either buy a rechargeable battery (if it's compatible), or just replace the black solar light portion completely. I just replaced the solar light instead of buying a new battery.
