Thank soooo much ma is this style of measurement of layers applicable to adult? And how did you calculate the waist measurement for the lining? How many yards of fabric do I need for ten years old?

1. Yes it's applicable to adults 2. I just made sure the lining is in excess, 2 or 3 times the waist round measurement 3. 4 yards or more, depending on how full you want it to be.
