I've never attempted making a visor that large before. Im sure with the proper equipment, it can be done. You may want to try a sheet of PETG for that. It heat forms a little easier than acrylic.
Yes, I heat it up before applying the tint. Here's a link to the tint, it's not the exact same item used in the video, but it's close. They have a lot of colors out there too. Well, you could use a silver window tint and it might be a close match to what you're looking for, or you could line the inside of the visor with a white see-through cloth material like mosquito netting. What exactly are you trying to make? I might be able to offer up some ideas that could help you out if I looked at a picture of it.
what about like, spherical visors lmfao... Im almost thinking youd have to like, do a cast resin pour for something like that, but thats way too much effort.
