How to Make a Water Level for $20 and use it 

I show you how to make a water level for about $20 and use it. This is how I leveled my house and garage. Now I'm using this technique to level my yard. All you need is a little clear tubing, bottle, water, and food coloring (optional).
3/8 inch and 1/2 inch ID (inside diameter) both work well. Try not to go smaller than that because it takes a long time for the water to level out.
