I'm curious to your customer cycle. Once they have purchased the website I know you let them own it free and clear. With that said I had built my own website and it was ranked in the 3 pack but I still hired a company to maintain it for $399 per month. I think you could be charging at least $97/month for hosting and maintenance. The peace of mind was worth it knowing I wouldn't have to focus on it at all. What ended up happening is I lost ranking. I paid them over a year as they said there was a transition period... yada yada yada. I pulled the plug last month and realized I did a better job than they were doing. What I learned was invaluable and was worth the experience. If you incorporate the maintenance system into your business model and have monthly recurring revenue (MRR) then you would unlock a higher valuation or a more valuable business model.
