Good video. The only thing I do differently is once I tape out where I want the signature I leave the book in and put a the backing board in over the cover then cut the window out and then slide out the board. This way you don't have to touch the book again and there is no way the book can get snagged on the window you just cut when putting it back in the bag. Seen it happen too many times before.
thanks for the view! I am always just tooooo nervous about cutting on top of a book. But, if it works for you, go with it. Everyone has their own tricks.
