You can also using flash cotton, or spakler dust and have a wand that could shoot a fire ball or shoot Sparks. Another thing you could do if you added a LED light slightly above tip so it would not melt when you used fire mounted externally with a separate battery pack you could have a light up or fire wand .

I had an idea for a sort of techno-magic wand... It would incorporate a telsa coil, and using some jibd if renewable power source (solar power would be ideal as the wand could literally turn the suns energy into energy for electrical devices the wand is pointed at)... It would be very difficult to make it small enough but it would literally be a magic wand for the tech age and could be used for numerous things if actually managed...

Totally reminds me of a steampunk type wand. Like some olden day Muggle was out drinking with a wizard buddy and got challenged into a duel or whatever, so the Muggle just goes, a'ight, hold my beer. Then whips this up and goes, "Here's a fire cloud, you stinkin' wizard!" 😂😂
