My mom who worked in plant nurseries, pronounced it Pitt-o-sporum. Beautiful variegated foliage. And the dark center of the anenome flowers seem appropriate for the cooler time of the year, you know, rather than the yellow centers. I love it too! Thanks Jenny.

Hi Jenny! I love this so much. I had a request from a customer to make her an earth-tone/natural/neutral wreath. I think this would be something along those lines. I might add more cream or brown to it. I don't know. Thank you for this great tutorial again. Oh, your floral bundle boxes go FAST! Got to jump on those quickly. :)

Hello! So glad you love it! This one is definitely neutral. Not as much earth toned, though. Would probably have to add some browns or creams like you said. And yes, my floral bundles went quickly! I’ll add more as soon as I get a chance.

Hi Jenny, in Australia we mostly say Pitt-o-sporum. I'm not sure, but I think it's the same in the UK. I've read that Pitt-os-por-um is often used more in the USA. Love the lush look of this wreath. 💚

Hi Jenny! You did pronounce pittosporum correctly. I live in Florida and grew it in my yard as a shrub. Was told by the landscaper that it was a warm climate plant.

In the floral biz, we call it Pitt for short!! That is correct..pittosporum.

So beautiful! I have a question, you used a 14 inch base instead of a 18 inch, any particular reason? I sometime can’t find quality 18 inches bases have wonder about using a 14 inch base but heard people say they don’t sell well at all. Any thoughts? I have made one with blackberries and pears, but it was a fall wreath. There’s a tutorial for that wreath here on RU-vid. I haven’t made one with strawberries yet, though!

Thank you! I prefer a more natural look, and the majority of my customer base prefers no bow. I do add velvet ribbon bows a lot, though, especially around Christmas! I do have some wreaths with bows, but the majority are more natural looking.

As a business owner myself there is a lot that goes into running it. Advertising, social media platforms, supplies, time etc. If you Google other wreath companies that do exactly, or like all the things Jenny does you will find her prices are in line with others. By her reviews, and comments left by people, I would say she is popular. I know I love her creativity and talent and not to mention her genuine willingness to help you with any wreath making and business related questions.

Have you been to Hobby Lobby lately? You are free to buy your own florals and make your own. She freely shares tips and ideas…even for rude, cheap people.

I also have some Dollar Tree wreath tutorials here on my RU-vid channel if you prefer cheap materials. But I do make mainly higher end designs that have very high quality realistic faux florals. I understand if that’s not your cup of tea, though. To each their own 💚. I do my best to keep my prices low for the quality, but since they look real and last forever, they do cost more.
