Please do not try this at home it is ILLEGAL to produce moonshine (home brewed alcohol) moreover you will have METHANOL POISONING which will produce PERMANENT BLINDNESS in both eyes. It is a punishable offence for which you may face JAIL TIME under DRUG CONTROL LAWS.

A simple RU-vid search will show several dozen videos of people distilling their own whiskeys, vodkas, and brandies...well within the confines of the law where they reside. They will also show you where to buy the legally available equipment, and how to test for methanol (which is the FIRST fraction to leave the still). It's extremely hard to kill, or blind yourself VIA distilling your own liquor.......quit spreading fear, and lies!

And one more Doubt.. for ½Kg of sugar you added 1.7-litre of water.. after fermentation during distillation how much of Ethanol we should Collect in Bottle out of 1.7 litre to get 42+ % of Ethanol ??

Excellent demonstration especially at home with normal equipments..🙏👍 One thing want to ask that Temp of the mix does not exceed from 64 degree Celsius Untill it contains methanol.. And once methanol ends in mixture, the temprature ultimately raises upto 80 degree Celsius for the evaporation of ethanol.. If this theory Is right??
