money on the sidelines can be put towards treasuries. George Gammon is doing this right now while he waits for the right moment to deploy it. you can just ladder 1,2, or 3 month treasuries for over 3.6% basically risk free.

FTX was less than 10% liquid assets but over 10 billion exposed. They only had 900 million in liquid. They were passing out the ftt exchange token as collateral but was worth nothing.

FTX was doing what banks does, loaning money they don’t have, basically if you invest $90,000 a bank can leagally loan 90% of the money you invest to someone else which would be $81,000 and they can legally loan 90% of that which is still the first persons original 90k and they can continue to use to loan to hundreds of people with the 1 investment of 90k… that’s why 1 billion is “missing” because it was never there.

REIT's are a great way to buy future income. Dividends are 5 ~ 10% depending on which sector they are in, that gives us 50 to 100 USD per year of income for every 1000 USD bought.

@@18aplateindoors That's not how dividends work, they aren't a percentage return on capital but a fixed income per share purchased. If you buy the shares cheap, like say during a recession, you can get an incredibly cheap long term upside. REITS operate identical to this, but they are required to pay out 90% of net income as dividends, meaning the CEO doesn't get a fat check for another yacht from stock options in a good year. The payout per-share also goes up over time which protects the principle against inflation. Take ABR, in 2020 their dividend was 0.30/0.30/0.31/0.32 for each quarter, total of $1.23 yearly per share, their shares were trading at $10.66 that year. Current 2022 dividend is $1.60 per share and trading value is $14 per share. On paper it looks to be a 10~11% divident but only for that year, if someone bought 100 shares in 2020 for $1066 USD, those shares would be worth $1400 and paying the owner $160 per year. That is a 15% return from the original price and will only go up as it's all real estate income. If someone dumped $100,000 for 9380 shares, they would be making $15,008 of passive income, 1250 per month. Myron's solid real estate investments have a cash on cash return of 10 to 12%.

The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. My wife and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. We got an investment manager in our corner and didn’t look at our portfolio for nearly a year.

I'm sorry but he's completely right. You may not listen to me because I'm just a pretty girl but I have been following Simon properties for many many years. Nationwide. Simon Mall started exploding out here in Pennsylvania New Jersey and New York and I started to see how well they were revitalizing old malls and updating old malls and bringing high-end stores to malls that were already established in neighborhoods. And I really like their vision. Then I went out to the West Coast for a few years and I saw Simon in New Mexico buying up a bunch of malls and building malls and revitalizing old malls and I was like wow they're really starting to expand and that was around 2015. I've loved everything they've done and I will continue to follow Simon properties

If it goes to $1,000 or lower. If it went to $100 it would be awsome cuz we could make alott on a bounce back. The problem is everybody doesn't team up and sell off rn. And then buy back in. As soon as it drops a little people buy back in. But they aren't even making a 3x on their return at this point. It really has to drop to $1k or lower. Same for Ethereum. If it drops to $10 or $1 that would be it.

Great work as always! Funny how we humans get so excited when it’s pumping, but I start getting more excited and do more research, when we are down since that’s when the real money is made! Is not advisable to HODL neither is it advisable to sell currently. More emphasis should be put into day trading, as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market.
