As a veterinary technician, I see a number of issues, a lot already mentioned in the comments: the first and most pressing is the fact that your turtle has shell rot. I would suggest a trip to the vet and to start diluted betadine soaks (something your vet can better explain how to do). Next, fix the husbandry. You’ll need a bigger enclosure. For the species of turtle, you’ll want a tank that is at least 10 gallons for every inch of shell length (for example, a 5 inch turtle needs a minimum 50 gallon aquarium enclosure). You’ll want to add a basking light and a UVB lamp, kept on at least 10-12 hours per day over the basking platform. You’ll also want a water heater and a filter, as turtles are experts at dirtying their water. There are a lot of great care guides online and forums you can read - I believe if you do some reading and fix your husbandry accordingly, you’ll have a healthy, happy turtle in no time! Other than that, you are very talented in designing enclosures and it shouldn’t be too difficult to build an enclosure that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also meets all the needs of its occupant!

Уверяли что кормить надо 1 раз в два дня сухими опарышами. Сейчас понимаю, что нужен аквариум. Очень хочется верить, что она у меня не больная))

Please fix the shell rotting and make it bigger. I agree with Morgan. It’s extremely dangerous for a turtle to go on with shell rot. There’s a chance it can die if it doesn’t get medical care by experts. But don’t worry because we know you love your pets very much. 🤗😇 Take him/her to the vet though. I hV to say, dont put too much water inside the tank. Just put the water until its back is ok. Becaz this type of Tortoises no need for much water. If u want ur Tortoise healthy, just put water until their back, and add some big rock so they can stand it. Im sry my English is bad but maybe u all will understand what i am typing.

Bad solution. Too industrial. The carpet is hard to clean. Turtle (chrysemis scripta elegans) makes much polution and water has to be changed every week or more often. I used to breed a couple of turtles for many years. There should be a layer of fine river stones on the bottom (they love to rummage in it) and a stepway of slate stones so that the turtles can easily climb up where a warm light from ordinary bulb (40watt) heat up them. Bulb should be installed in a ceramics flower pot hanging over. Be shure you’ll have work enough with cleaning.
