Today's Mini Adirondack Chair Make it Monday, a viewer requested the tutorial. After watching my tutorial on making a picnic table for my fairy garden, she left a comment asking me to make a mini Adirondack chair. Of course, I said yes, I love requests. I did try to follow instructions that I found on the web, but they didn't seem to work for me, so I ended up making my own. I also found out hot glue or silicone doesn't stick to craft sticks very well, so I used the E6000 Glue. This made for a very long project because of the drying time.
Things you will need:
Popsicle Sticks
e6000 Glue
Ruler
Snips or Scissors to cut wood
Sandpaper
Pen
Knife to cut wood
Toothpicks
Paint and Sealer
Sizes:
Back -
1-3 in. round edge
2- 2 3/4 in. round edge
2- 2 1/2 in. round edge
1- 1 3/4 in. no round edge
1- 2 3/4 in. no round edge
Bottom -
2- 2 3/4 in. round edge - 1/2 in. Angel cut
6- 2 in. no round edge
Sides -
2- 1 3/4 in. no round corner
2- 2 1/2 in. round corner - 1 in. round angle for arms
I hope you enjoy!
