Curious to know if you really need to drill the holes as you did or if creating a slot and allowing the cutting bolts move in and out would work? That would allow you to create a truly adjustable hole cutter. Love your ideas. The practical and useful MacGyver. :)
Can you make a version of cutting clean holes in acrylic? I want to create an acrylic booth for my AV rack and need to cut large holes for fans, ventilation and cables. Thanks!!!!!
Great content! Creative use of common materials to get the job done! How would you approach cutting an angled hole (diameter > 1'') in a wood sheet? Set the right angle on a plane and drill hopefully straight down with a hole saw?
