FORMIDABLE THANK YOU VERY MUCH I LOOKING FOR THIS GREAT EXPLICATION FOR LONG TIME I APPRECIATE.PLEASE CAN YOU CAN GIVE ME THE NAME OF THIS CORD YOU HAVE AND WERE I CAN FIND.THANKS
I've made a few malas and was looking for new ideas ... love your technique, but I don't understand why you would want to use this slide ... am I missing something? Donna
Hi Donna. The slipknot allows you to adjust how tight or slack you want the mala to be. For smaller malas it can also be helpful if you want to wrap it round your wrist. I also think the slipknot is a prettier knot to the static!!
Thank you so much for making this video! I just bought a mala bracelet from online and I think it may be too big for my small wrist. Will definitely be using this tutorial to make the strap a little smaller!
Hello Miranda. Its a type of cord that can be burnt and melted to use as a needle. You can find our Mala cord here - www.pinklotus.co.uk/view_shop.asp?cat=14&subcat=127&subcategory=Prayer-Mala-Cord
