Love this soo much!!!! Here’s a little tip Paint the armor with a gray metal color, and then do whatever other color on top of it, then you can chip away at the top layer and get that nice metal underneath.
You are the person who inspired me to start toy photography ever since then I have learned so much about the hobby from you, and learned about so many good editing software’s You’re an awesome dude and I don’t know how to thank you for getting me into this hobby because I would’ve never figured out. I liked it without you.
I did my own custom mando based on my original character over the summer and he turned out pretty good. I still need to do some weathering and customize his holster to match the armor I made for myself, but it was a pretty easy custom.
Wow sirdork thanks for the video I tried this on a mandalorian figure I bought and it worked it looks looks great you really inspired me to Start toy photography
This was a great video and the figure turned out awesome. I was curious though why you didn't heat the figure up in hot water and disassemble for easier painting. This particular figure come apart very nicely. You don't need to cut off the knee pads or belt. Anyway, awesome video and the figure looks great!

I want to make this custom but his armor is similar to Jango Feets, and Boba I need to buy an extra Boba Feet first. I'm also doing one with my Vintage Collection Mandalorian Death Watch Airborne Trooper or Boba Feet.
Hey! I definitely recommend the same type of acrylic paints I’m using in this video. I also have them linked in the description. Just make sure to spray it with a clear finish afterwards and it won’t be sticky. It can be glossy, matte or whatever your preference is!
I’ll be picky with custumize a figure because I like them a lot but recently I buy some Fornite and GIJoe figure on sale that I wanna practice!😊😊 Thanks for a excellent video! Like Always do!
Probably a dumb question but would these kind of paints work on a vintage collection figure? I’ve always wanted to customize my own Mandalorian but I have no clue how to paint figures
@@schnauzerbrow3 all the same paints I used in this video would work great for vintage collection! They are cheap acrylic paints you can find at Walmart or on Amazon. I’ve got them linked in the video description also!
