Thank you! That’s awesome! It’s been a process but one that has benefited me in more ways than one! Are you interested in becoming a holistic health coach and/or want to live life more holistically?
So sorry for my delayed reply!! Check out my video on how to boost the immune system naturally: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lzQmxpI6iig.htmlsi=WXrStnRoYNlALr_3 I shared some alternatives in there. Young Living is the best! They have amazing quality and even own their own farms! The best price is one of their starter bundles! You can learn more on my website here: simplyhealthwithmarissa.com/essential-oils/
Does this negate a lot of the effects of the oil? Blends like valor don’t require any dilution while blends like stress away require a 1:1 ratio of dilution. When four fifths of the bottle is jojoba oil, is the benefit of the oil purely aromatic? Would you get more of the benefits that the oils bring if you mixed into a small bottle and only used the ratio they called for while still adding the roller top?
Great question! No, diluting the oil doesn’t negate the oil’s effects. You’ll still get therapeutic benefit from the oil even after diluting it! Oils are quickly absorbed through the skin thanks to their small size and chemical structure. A lot of times, whether to dilute or not has to do with skin sensitivity and personal preference. For example, I feel comfortable applying stress away neat (no carrier oil) but thieves I always dilute before applying topically because it has cinnamon with is known as a “hot” oil. Google HOT oils. When first getting started, I would recommend following the websites skin dilution’s recommendations. As you use the oils, you’ll learn more and become more intuitive with them and can see what you want to do 😊
Each oil has it’s own scent & blending them together can create new scents. Using more of one oil over another can create a different scent. It’s up to you and personal preference. Just remember that oils are highly concentrated & a little goes a long way.
Essential oils are highly concentrated and a little goes a long way. Diluting them with a carrier oil can be helpful if you have sensitive skin. Quality does play a BIG role here! There are a lot of oils on the market that are adulterated & not pure oils & those oils aren’t therapeutic grade. The impurities can definitely contribute to skin irritations. That’s why I only buy oils from Young Living. They put forth LOTS of testing to make sure each oil is 100% pure & therapeutic grade. I would be happy to send you some more info on this if you’d like. Let me know 😊

Yes! Rosehip oil is also a great choice. I have a video on my channel all on my DIY Facial Glow Serum: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rxIkgIEkYP8.html
You want to use a carrier oil so that the oils suspend. If you want to make a spray in a spray bottle, then you can use water. Just give it a good shake first! 😊
