Check your key column. Use only item code as key column in items table. In adding stocks use key column something like reference I'd or number. You can apply a unique I'd expression in this column and use this column as your table key column.

There is a bug in this video. Though very nicely explained, I also followed the learnings for my inventory app development. Problem is with the formula in the new action (video timestamp - 33 : 10 The formula used was Any(select(Add Stocks [New Available Stocks], [_thisrow].[Item code] = [Item Code])) This formula always finds the very first New Available Stocks in the list of records of a particular item & update it as the stocks of that item in main inventory page each time. So better replace it with the following formula Any(select(Add Stocks [New Available Stocks], [Reference] =MAXROW("Add Stocks","_RowNumber"))) This will fetch data from the lastly added row. i.e. row with maximum row number & updates stock correctly. Hope this will resolve the issue. However this video is really really helpful. Many cheers to that .
