As far as we have understood your question, you want to link the data from Tables to your form e.g. use a specific value on Tables as stocks? If yes, that's not currently possible. The data on Tables can't be used as product data or stock values in your form. If you are using payment fields, you can already enable stock option in each product and change the value within the payment field properties only.
