When drafting and off shoulder bustier u are to take some inches off for both the front and back so I took 7inches off for both the front and back ….u should watch video of how I draft out an off shoulder bustier Secondly question If u want ur dress to look Excalty like the one on the picture ..at the down back come up by 4inches den start pleating after the 4inches But if u want urs like mine den start pleating from the down part
