This video reviews how I neutralize and make new pickle acid using Sparex #2 Pickle Acid. I use 2 Tablespoons of Sparex to 1 cup of water to make new pickle. To neutralize make sure it is cool first and I use approximately 3 Tablespoons of baking soda to each 1/4 cup of pickle.
