Thank you! 🥰 If the chocolate is too thick you can add some paramount crystals or coconut oil. This will help the consistency. Also, now I use a heating pad to sit my chocolate on while I'm working with it. This helps to keep it from hardening up. Hope this helps! 😊

Hi Maro! Thank you! ❤ I'm not sure why yours melts, but I don't put mine in the refrigerator after they are decorated. That will cause moisture on them, which will then cause them to mess up when handled. Chocolate is fine to keep in a cool area, away from heat. Also, I make sure my hands are not warm when handling the chocolate. Hope this helps! 😊

You can get it at any craft store and most Walmarts. I just bought a styrofoam block and left the plastic on it.

Once it is set, it is just like a chocolate bar. As long as it doesn't get too warm it will not melt.

Thank you so much Cindy! ❤ I'm struggling with the same thing. 🤔 I had someone ask me to ship one of my Mother's Day boxes for them, and I'm just worried most about the breakable heart. The smaller items can be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and they should be fine, but that big heart.... that one scares me! I wish I had a better answer for you. I would try wrapping every piece in bubble wrap, then the gift box, as well. Then put the gift box in the center of a larger box and surround it with foam peanuts on every side. That's what I will probably try. If that doesn't work, nothing will. 😉 I hope this helps! 😊

@@ChellsSugarRush Thank you so much yes us bakers have to stick together LOL I was thinking I have not tried it yet but I am going to try and get a bridal box I know it doesn’t have a window but it is definitely sturdier and it is hard and I will probably place a bubble wrap inside the box to cover the chocolate heart the big one and the other ones the bridal boxes are pretty and then put that one in the middle of another box around with the peanuts I’m going to try that see if it works I read on some sites and the reviews are really good that they get the heart in perfect condition but they never show how the heart has been packaged

Hi Airam, If your chocolate is too hot, you could add a little bit of unmelted chocolate to it. As you stir it will melt and cool down your chocolate. Hope this helps. 😊

I just pour a good amount of chocolate into the mold for the first coat. I don't measure it specifically, but it's better to have too much than not enough. You can always pour out the excess. For the second coat it's about the same, but you have to work fast. Because it is cold, it will set up quickly. Hope this helps! 😊

Yes absolutely thank you so much 🙏 I just made my first one I have to give you credit it took me hours 😩 my heart broke the first time I had to re-melt the chocolate and do it again it is a lot of work and it takes a lot of practice and I did the small hearts with cake inside it is truly a lot of work to master this I am truly honored to watch your tutorials they help so much thank you ..absolutely beautiful again 🥰

@@partygirl0409 I would definitely wrap the items individually in clear wrap, so that if any items broke they would not mess up the others. Then put styrofoam peanuts in the gift box to fill the empty space to keep things from shifting. Also, put styrofoam peanuts in a shipping box with the gift box in the center. That's the best method I can think of. 😉
