Cool! 😁👍 Is there a way to have each separate note velocity trigger at different volumes when played polyphonically? So if you play a chord one note is louder than the others?
Next to the "Note" parameter that I'm using in the video there is a "Velocity" parameter. You could put this on the volume of the sampler. I think that might work (assuming that you want to control the loudness of each note with the velocity you are playing it at). :)
Yeah, you'll just have to experiment with the different filter settings and input samples you are using. You might also have to find the right cut-off settings in the filter to be able to play in tune with other instruments. :)
Hey, I love your videos and find them very useful. I was wondering if you could make a tutorial on horror trailer percussion and hits/slams. I've been struggling trying to get it to sound right.
@@NGTVST Something like this maybe Sorry for the big list, couldn't decide which example to give. The first 3 are the types of hits I'm most interested in but if you decide to make a tutorial, any of these would do really. :) Thank you ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RuaZh8q1J8Y.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JAzuyRAGtH4.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xbHqyuZPwps.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-E8UZXlDh1dM.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t9ZbO0jR2do.html
@@NGTVST I 've seen it, the style of the track is pretty close, do you make those type of percussions/drums with vital and use whooshes with it? You don't use sample packs? They sound so clean in the fractals album I linked up there. What ever I tried, it sounds like it's too much or don't hit hard enough.
