Dirty rice is the same as Jambalaya but uses finely chopped meat, game, poultry or seafood instead of large pieces or chunks. The recipe & seasoning are exactly the same... To use Dirty rice in stuffed bell peppers, simply double the meat to rice ratio & add more Cajun seasonings (or S&P) to taste.
