Hi, thank you for the video. Are you making this in winter or summer? I would be curious to know what the typical temperature is, and whether you're using a sunny day, cloudly day, or something else

The video was made during summer so the temp was like 25-30 degrees so in a few days the pork was ready, during winters it will take longer depending on the temperature
