Dear chef Ify pls as a baker pls is always advisable to wear gloves wh you cannot deal with cutest & neils or cut your neils very low for the purpose of health. Pls your doing a nice job keep it up.
Well done chef Ify. I will try out your recipe. Pls I suggest you stop using ajiino motto, it's not healthy. There are other seasonings that can make your food very tasty.
All seasonings contain monosodium glutamate. Check for ingredients next time you use them. Ajinomoto seasonings are only raw monosodium glutamate without any additives.

Thanks chef, I have been baking on stove top since, but do you think that hoffner pot is well sealed to conserve heat. I do use tower gold, though small but good on low heat.
As long as you are not allergic to it you can manage just for the moment You meet some with the list of I don't you would wonder how you will survive hosting them
Contrary to popular assertions from people, Ajinomotto is good for your cooking. It helps in reduction of sodium intake. By using ajinomotto as a flavor enhancer, individuals can reduce their reliance on salt without sacrificing taste. With the personality of ify and her experience I don't think she would have accepted the ajinomotto brand ambassadorship if it's a bad thing for your cooking. The only curssion is, just like every other ingredient or seasoning, do not add too much of it in your cooking...always remember its a seasoning, not the main dish😂 like some of us use pepper as if its the food itself

I laugh Everytime I see these bakers do that surprising reaction of whatever they cook or bake 😅, it's weirdly funny , she tasted a piece of cooked potatoe, my reaction's like, habaaa na just potatoes now. Lol
