This is a automatic pet feeder which is made with mdf sheet and a 12v gear motor which by the help of xyj04 timer it will drop a portion of feed on set time it can be set any time of the day , the working of this automatic pet feeder is easy and simple need to fill the feed of any pet from the top side and the rest will be automatic feeder will dispense the required amount of feed in front of it.

Really appreciate this tutorial. You don’t need fancy material or precise measurements to teach the concept. I can understand the principles just fine, and now I can build an automatic feeder for all kinds of animals. Excellent job and thanks for sharing product details!

You are welcome, the more the rpm lower the more torque it get it is recommended to get 6 rpm.

This motor do not have any model number it is just a gear motor

This motor is 12v DC you need to give 12v supply power or 12v battery, but we have connected to it with timer so it is turning on and off the motor
