LOL. Removing the camera is a must. And you're right, it 350° F. I should have included that in the video, but didn't. I will make sure to include both Celsius and Fahrenheit in future videos. BTW bake at 190° C.
This looks delicious, but it would definitely put me into a diabetic coma with all that brown sugar. :D BTW: Have you tried using honey rather than brown sugar? Honey doesn't make your glucose levels spike like sugar does. It would be interesting to try some good old fashioned Blackstrap Molasses too. :)
Hi Kikaru. Thanks for watching, and your suggestion is a good one. Not everyone can have that much sugar in there food. And truthfully, I need to be careful about it, too. I will experiment with the honey and see how it comes out. And I have never cooked with Blackstrap Molasses, so I will try that, too.
If you've never cooked with molasses, you're missing out. Now it's not as sweet as the other ingredients, but it can add an amazing flavor to things. Keep in mind that it's still sugar, but not what you expect. www.seriouseats.com/what-is-blackstrap-molasses
