Hello mam, i followed your recipe vanilla sponge cake in tiffin box you have showed know that one but the result was failure texture is little hard. Today while watching this video i can understand that you're using 1 cup means 200 ml but mine is 1 cup is 250 ml that's why the cake was hard. My suggestion is while you are telling the 1 cup or some cups please mention in ml or atleast in the description so that it will be easier. Thank you

The sweetness and flavour wasn't enough for me. So I add additional amount of sugar and essence in all recipes. You can skip this if you are ok with the sweetness of the cream.

Yes that is difficult and cleaning them is even more tedious. I usually use disposable piping bags. So after use I’ll dispose them and I’ll wash the nozzles alone. I’ll put a separate video on this

Yes dear it would melt faster than usual. Since the room temperature is high it would be little harder to maintain low temperature of cream while beating. You can try this method. I think this should help you 😊

Both are nice brands pa. Two of my frds have morphy Richards and they got dry cakes when they baked at 180 deg. But when they baked at 160 the cake was good. They is difference in temperature setting in morphy richards. Otherwise both are good you can buy anything.

You can't beat perfect cream using mixer grinder pa. I have also seen many videos related to that. You can use whisk but it will take a lot of time. I'll share making cream using whisk soon.

The remaining 230 grams is filled by cream to make a half kg cake. So follow that measurement in previous video. If you double that you will get the cake for 1 kg. For 2 kg bake two 1 kg cakes. This is the procedure dear😊
Dairy based is made with milk content non dairy won’t have milk. Non dairy la konjum athigama fat content irukum so stiff cream nalla kedaikum compared to dairy. Prefer non dairy cream
