I just made one for my daughters bday a few weeks ago. Super easy and we didn’t even have to put weights at the bottom. It stayed in place on its own! Thank you for this video!!! It made her winter party look beautiful!

I agree! I just did 3 balloon columns b4 finding this video. I was actually searching for more quicker, less painful ways to tie double balloons and stumbled on this video. I also needed better ways to get more uniform balloon sizes! Cant wait to do my next one with all the extra tips I've learned now!
You can also cut out a square instead of a circle in the cardboard, the end effect for measuring balloons is the same without the struggle of the precise cutting! Good luck
