Love your recipes but what brand of flour are you using. 1.5 cups of King Arthur is only 180g and the highest I've seen for other brands would be 215g. Think there might be a mistake.
You need to use buttermilk, sour cream or yogurt to activate the baking soda. Or you can add 2 tsp vinegar to the milk. And the bananas have to be extremely ripe or the bread won't taste like bananas.
