Fresh fish banga soup has a unique taste as well as dried fish n dried meat banga soup. You did amazing. Oh wow I always throw away the excess oil 🤔. Serving it with that clay pot was 👏🏽. You really made me hungry.
Catfish is a yummy fish and is so good in banga soup. This banga soup is so rich, mouthwatering and full of delicious flavors. Starch goes so well with it. Thanks for sharing
This is very well done. Very well presented and very well prepared. I usually have them blend all the ingredients and mail to me from back home. It’s a good thing that you got all of the stated out. This is one soup that I use to welcome my family every summer time with starch. Those shrimps are huge and the catfish is the best to use. Great job 👏 .
Chai! This Banga soup is authentic and well prepared I love the fact that you used both dried and fresh catfish 👌it will taste super delicious and yummy. Thanks for uploading sis 😋❤️👏

Oh my beautiful sis Rosy The intro got me craving for banga stew and it’s Saturday night, growing up we eat banga stew (ofe akwu)every Sunday as our lunch. I love to scoop the excess oil for beans nor yam porridge it’s so delicious 😋
My hunger is hungry after watching this video. You did an amazing job sis. Loved the fresh fish and how you seasoned it. the flavor it adds to banga soup is deliciousness. That clay pot is everything. I love it.
Waooo... this is well prepared and the fresh cat fish is just right for the soup. I like how you blended your spices from the beginning to the ending of the soup. Soup looking delish❤️
Planning to replicate your soup ,, hope you don't mind me mentioning you in the video , just one question do I have to use catfish I was planning to use goat meat and smoked turkey 😅
Learning is actually indefinite. I never knew one could use lime or lemon to remove catfish smells. Cos the smell put me off sometimes. Yap! Soup looks so inviting and mouthwatering and now I'm missing my Agbor family😔🤗 Once again congrats on your over 100k. I'm about to comment and I saw the number immediately I knew I was missing out on a particular post.... So I checked your community.... Well done ma'am🌹🤗
You're really trying@rozy kitchen especially from where you are... Because getting access to naija foodstuffs isn't easy especially buying them... It's quite expensive🙏kudos for sharing your knowledge with us😊
Oh my! Looks sooo yummy! Weldone ma, you're doing a great job, I've been binge watching your videos all night 😁 We'd also love to see shopping vlogs on how you shop for your ingredients, it would be so interesting to watch taking us out of the kitchen 😀
It looks delish Rozy😍 I love Starch with Banga soup or Owo. The palm nut cream doesn’t really do it for me, getting the fresh one is impossible where I leave too so I decided to give the can one a try, I disliked it so much I had to throw everything out except the meat/fish though😃😃
The fresh palm nut is the best, some of the canned products are really good. This one I used is very good you can give it a try if you find it, sorry about your experiences, thanks for watching.
Please what is Delta banga soup? How do you make a soup indigenous to a people without giving credit to them for once. Please to the general public this is an Urhobo delicacy, indigenous to the Urhobo people of Delta state. It is called Emiedi and Usi in Urhobo language. Delta state is not an ethnic group or tribe, credit should be given to who it is due.
