Step 1. The raw materials soap noodles and some pigment, and essence are put into the Kneader for mixing and grinding.
Step 2. The raw materials are refined by the 3-roller Mill to let the soaps more homogenic and exquisite.
Step 3. The refined raw materials are extruded into a long soap bar by the plodder.
Step 4. The final bar soaps are stamped out by the soap stamping machine. They are the end product that the users want. The soap sizes and shapes are based on the soap mold as the users' plan.
If the users need to make long bar laundry soaps, after plodding, the step is soap cutting. The soap cutting is ok by hand or by soap cutter machine.
Then, the soaps will be packaged by the soap packaging machines as the users' need.
