How to make BBQ Pork Shoulder 

This video is about Pork Shoulder BBQ, and how to get it right. But more than that, it is about making BBQ to bring people together.
I cooked these pork shoulders to donate to a great cause: Greyhound adoption. BBQ is more than just throwing food into a smoker and eating. It is about bringing people joy.
My wife and I spent a ton of time together to make this video, and to cook the shoulders. That is time WELL spent. Anyone can drive thru the Golden Arches for take out, but that is just filling your stomach. When you take the time to learn BBQ, you will have to learn, and that take time where you build a bond. That is what I want for all of you. I have watched this happen a thousand times in BBQ. People who may walk past each other in normal life, come together when BBQ is involved. You have a common goal, and in the end... you get Q!
