Hello welcome to my channel it's good to have you around, the ancient bean stew is chief among the legume stews in Kenya. Different varieties of beans are used to
prepare bean stew by different communities depending on availabilty so I bring you this delicious recipe that is very healthy to consume.
Ingredients
1 cups Redbeans, dry
1medium sized onion
2 tomatoes, red, ripe
1big carrot
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1cup of coconut milk
1small green bell pepper
1tbsp oftomatoe paste
1/4 sized each ginger and garlic
coriander
1/2tsp of salt
1tspn of curry powder
