@@absentcassie I mean, essentially I did band for 12 years so music theory was easy for me. I’d just look up a bunch of major/minor scales and memorize them, it will help work flow.
Yo this genuinly helped me a lot. I really implemented some of your tips in my beats. Thanks for the free sauce G❤️❤️❤️ Keep them videos coming, really helpful!
When I saw how you arranged the bass notes in diatonic sequence, I immediately realized that you are a dude with a musical education. Can you tell me a little about it? 😜😜
Yo man. I wanna get into music production and this is the type of stuff I wanna learn to start off with. Any tips or whatever that you think would help me would be greatly appreciated man. Nice vid and congrats for getting your shit on nicks genius video! Nicks also one of my favourite producers!
main things would be that you dont have to use expensive vsts to get the sound you want. If you want hats, 808s and other drums than your best bet is to go to r/drumkits, or to search up drumkits that you like and then include "reddit" after said drum kit. Also if youre looking to make beats with a piano in fl, than you can go to packs>Instruments>keyboards so then you can find quality piano presets made by fl. I mean ive been doing this for a lil over 3 weeks so if you want anymore help or advice, dm me on ig @lukamadeit. I'm an open book :)
