For reference, i have i5 9300h with nvidia 1050, 8gb ram and its just more than enough for making beats most instrumental vsts work perfectly even most cpu intesive ones like omnisphere but when i open certain effect plugins like ozone etc it drops my fps significantly(to be fair ozone is the only one that i came across that causes fps drops and i have tried so many plugins), altough there is solution to that i dont need to tell you here now as you will figure it out if you start making beats own your own already, just know that something like i said is more than enough for making beats if you have money go with a laptop with better specs obviously your processor and ram choices will be important here. İ would say at least 16gb ram is needed if you want a solid experience with daw. Your other question, how can you install fl with all those good things is, İf you mean all the instruments effects etc, they dont come with fl you have to buy them or some of them are free or you can torrent them there are certain websites that have cracked plugins literally type "best cracked plugin websites reddit" you should see some. You can download any daw like fl from those places as well.
