BEEF AND VEGETABLE SOUP IN THE INSTANT POT
2 lbs. stew beef
1 tbsp garlic salt: LAWRY’S GARLIC SALT: amzn.to/3Nbuyws
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
4 tbsp canola oil
3 garlic cloves, grated
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 tsp tomato paste
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded, peeled and chopped
4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 tsp cilantro leaves (optional)
5 Russet potatoes, peeled, quartered and placed in glass bowl with 2 cups of filtered water
2 cups beef broth or stock
