That beer batter looks legit, and I am from Wisconsin, I know beer batter. If you have any friends in Wisconsin, have them send you some cheese curds and deep fry them in that batter. You will know what heaven is like, and eating them may get you there faster but its worth it. I keep all my containers, even non food containers. My Grandparents grew up in the Great Depression, they lived on a farm here in Wisconsin and had nothing. My grandfathers pants when he was a kid were made from old potato sacks. I went up in their attic one time and there must have been thousands of plastic food containers saved up there. I guess they never grew out of that feeling of scrimping and saving to have things.
Just found this video and channel, subbed and liked. I’m going to try the shrimp recipe for a surf and turf dinner this weekend and I’ll reply back how it turned out. I do keep containers, juice containers for iced tea and frozen juice, spaghetti sauce jars for lentils, beans and rice, anything that can be repurposed. Great channel, thanks.
I stayed as close to your recipe as I could with the spices I have. I only made ten and my lady friend ate seven. She had a bad week so it was her turn. It was good, I was dubious because the coating was thin but it carried it out with flavor I think because I prepped ahead and let them marinate. This is a boss level recipe, you can be my wingman anytime.
My husband loved it.. and so did I. This was my first time trying eed fyred Beer batter shrimps. Yall ya gotta try it. I know you'll love this one...DELICIOUS 😋
I love it Ray I love to cook as well I want to own my own restaurant some day I'm working on it Maybe you can give me a few tips brother and I do not keep my empty containers but I will start too now I see they come in handy..... WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DISH???? I ask this question to every chef.....
I keep all my ice cream tubs for cleaning fish, chicken, peas or beans. Like you said good for anything you can even freeze ice in them. Back in the day my grandma had them in the smoke house to freeze fish and veg in👍
I keep spaghetti sauce mason jars, and soup and vegetable tin cans. I pour grease in the cans and keep it in the freezer to throw outing the trash after it’s full.
Each recipe and video is better than the last❤️can’t wait to try this I keep spaghetti sauce bottles and the lids that have measuring marks on them, it’s like getting a free measuring cup that holds sauces or leftovers.
