How to: Make Better Jello Shots

Jello shots are thought of as something you don't consume past your college days. They are typically comprised of bottom shelf vodka and hawaiian, hence the reason you don't drink once you graduate and stop partying at frat houses. Freya Estreller-- Founder of Ludlows Cocktail Co.-- is here to show that doesn't have to be the case though, with her recipe for Aperol Spritz jello shots. These jello shots are so grown up, they aren't even served in plastic cups.

+Sanerah You need to measure when dealing with gelatin, if you don't have precise measurements then the gelatin will not set correctly. Baking usually has to be exact.

TheTehnominator Good question, I googled it and apparently the clementine was created by using genetics of the mandarin and a certain type of orange. So no, they are not the same.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this video and this channel, every year we have a huge end-of-summer barbecue at my cousin's house there's a bocce tournament and I have been providing jello shots every year for the party. And every year I get a little bit more ambitious with my Jell-O shot concoctions. And thank you because now I know I can make my lavender lemonade jello shots I just need to get Knox gelatin, make my lavender simple syrup, and get to work! Wish me luck!
