How To Make Blue Beetle's Helmet! | DC Cosplay 

Made the helmet for a con this weekend. The face plate I was unable to wear since I used a thinner foam (to try and make the face detachable), but it ended up being a bit too small and not working out. Will eventually make it with the foam I used to create the rest. This helmet is awesome and thank you sharing.

It is a great job but the size of helmet is too small in my process 😢.

I feel like the template linked isn’t what he used here. There’s shapes and sizes that don’t really match up and also the bevel markings are quite excessive. Followed the template to the T and ended up having to scrap it halfway through.
