It’s simple and so delicious! You can also have it on rice as my kids love that too. Here is the recipe ⬇️
Braised Pork Belly
1.5 kg pork belly, cut 2.5-3 inches long
5 cloves garlic
2 stalks spring onion
5-8 slices ginger
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine rice wine
1 tsp salt
boil for 20 min.
For the sauce
1/2 tbsp Chinese five spice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cups of water or use liquid stock when you boil the pork.
