I’m still hoping to buy Deddys spice mixes in the UK sometime…. Some of them are harder to find than they are in the US. I have found some on Amazon uk. Love these recipes… reminds me of my time in the Caribbean. Thank you for your videos!

I think that seasoning would be great. Also putting the lid on while your browning traps moisture and inhibits browning.

Most definitely would buy! I’m blessed to have African/Asian/Mexican markets here so some of the seasonings I’m able to get some I have to buy online. Especially his favorite seasoning “flavo rice” 🤭 i keep that in stock at home all the time!

P.S.🤗 We're these ribs cut lengthwise because at my store the short ribs are in a big hunk. I will ask them to cut like Deddy ha done.. probably will cook faster..huh ? Thanks so much Chef...you are the best!! Congratulations
