I do want to start off with saying that I absolutely love your videos as well as your dad but I do disagree when it comes to you promoting your app because it is $17.99 a month but yet you are telling us to cut back on subscriptions, so to be completely honest I would rather use a pen and paper and save me $20 a month then having to pay for another subscription for something that can easily be written down elsewhere or managed in a cheaper way, again much respect for everything that you do
We've recently learned that NOT having prime is making us spend more because we naturally want to get over the $35 minimum to get the free shipping. So if we paid the money each month for prime we would most likely end up spending more since if we wanted a $10 time we wouldn't add an additional $25 to the cart to get the free shipping. We would just need to buy the $10 item only AND get 2-day shipping. Guess its a psychological thing..
@@elizabethjrich4415 you’re right. But what I’m saying is if you don’t have prime there is a minimum order of $35 to get free shipping and it’s not fast shipping like prime 2 day is.
@@elizabethjrich4415 You're correct. But what I'm saying is if you DON'T have prime you have to buy a minimum of $35 to get free shipping, and it isn't fast shipping like prime 2-day is.
You do some great work here Rachel, but I must challenge this particular video. Managing a budget should not be "effortless". I'm not talking hours. But it should require a conscious effort because, over time that effort becomes appreciated. Often it becomes a part of who that person is, which then feeds positively into other aspects of life. Also, a "miscellaneous" category/line in your budget defeats the purpose of a budget because it becomes the catch-all for spending habits people don't really want to change. And the whole point of the budget is to alter the spending habits that keep people from getting to the place they want to be financially.
