Finally, some burnt ends done correctly. Cut into actual 1inch chunks. FoodTubers always say they're cutting them into 1inch chunks, but when they do, they're like 3inchs. And these aren't just drowned in butter and barbecue sauce. It's in the name people "burnt ends", if you let them float in butter and barbecue sauce, you're not going to get that maillard reaction that gives you that "burnt" flavor. Well done chef...

You do need to try a good Texas style BBQ smoked brisket. Or St. Louis style, NC style, Memphis style........ Burnt ends as well Wherever the nearest/best rated BBQ joint is ..........get to it
True Beef Burnt Ends are the best! All these ppl making fake pork burnt ends have no clue. Growing up in South finding best brisket spots meant they’d have good burnt ends couple days week.

Love it. Take it to KC, they will do it completely differently, this is more central Texas style keeping it dry rubbed instead of sauced but you’ll never see two places do it the same.
