Wondering how to whip butter in the Thermomix?
On the one hand, it is a simple recipe, on the other hand, it can fail.
Why does the Thermomix butter not always come out?
It all depends on the quality of the cream you use.
Therefore, I use only proven creams, and those from which I did not get butter, I avoid a wide berth;)
Remember: to make the butter whip faster, use 30% cream at room temperature.
Reserve cold cream for cakes and desserts for whipped cream :)
