And then there is your voice...I love your accent and your voice is very calming as you walk and talk us through each flower. I am no baker but I like to make both my grandchildren a cake for their birthday,very much homemade lol. After watching your channel I want to push my boundaries. After a mad shopping spree on Amazon I have purchased loads of piping tools. My Grandaughter has her 8th birthday at the end of the week and I'm getting a bit nervous lol.I'm attempting a unicorn cake with lots of flowers but when you consider I have always ordered icing cake toppers thus far you can see the task ahead. Watching you work and how you clearly walk us through everything,you have given a bit of courage for a mores personal cake for the Grandies so thank you

I learned a lot from you I'm going to do a wedding cake for my niece and my hot hands are bad . I want to learn more about roses because mine looks like carnations because my hot hands and I wasn't putting enough frosting in the middle so I see now thanks. 😊

Great video. You're the first person I've seen explain how not to get forked tips when using the leaf tip. An older gentleman with many years experience said to just push the two ends together, which was really no help at all.
