To put a condensed milk can in a pressure cooker and boil it till the first whistle, it sound scary right ?
Don’t worry even a kid can do this, Dulce de Leche or DDL is very popular, though its originated from Latin America now entire world use this. What we need is, a can of Condensed milk , a pressure cooker filled with water, immerse the can in water and boil it unit the first whistle. Keep it for cooling for nearly 30 minutes remove the lid and the DDL is ready.
