I started following Tim over in Reno. I listened to tons of his videos and he gave sonoma strong hauling lots of shout outs. Been listening to you Jojo for a few weeks now... been following your formulas... bought a dump trailer a few days ago. I've had a couple high paying jobs already...($688 & $900) several small jobs too. thanks for the valuable tips and inspiration bro🇺🇲👍👊 my company is called Square U Away, in Grand Junction CO. I love what I do!!
Matthew before you start up the truck you should check fluid and oil levels. Pretend it's like a class a truck or class b do a pre-trip and post-trip inspection I know you we don't really have to do that because it's not a commercial vehicle. but it's not a bad idea either. It'll save you a headache later just take a few minutes and check tires fluids oil and so on. I know when I get started it's a good idea 😉👍
Use venmo curbside pick up and a helper make fast cash find church to donate most of your junk and use your own dumpster at home for the rest I'm a cheep ass with cash all day long
I up sold on a job last Week. Was there getting there trash. Then guy had a tree stump he wanted a quote.. So i told him $150 to dig it up and another $50 to haul the stump away. I have a tractor with a backhoe so it was out the ground in about 1.5 hrs. That's with leveling the spot around it.
@Josh Mckennon It wasn't cheap for my area ( Phoenix AZ ) . Plus stump went in trailer with 3 other jobs. Dumping fee should be $40 or less with all 3 jobs.
So receipts for food and fuel. what about oil fluids tires and etc stuff like that for the truck also dump fees. Can you also use that kind of receipts as write-offs also.
If they pay with a credit card, we send them one through a text or email...if they want one without using a card, we will just write one out for them. You can get those books at the dollar store.
I started out as a reseller and still reselller to this day. So always looking to sell anything from junk removal jobs. By the way, i get paid $2 to $3 per old mattresses . Found a refurbishing company. Only in the hood. 😄
Not sure if you're still responding, but what do you do if there is no place to dump trash in your area? The city does not have a landfill, and the trash is trucked elsewhere; however, you can find several places where people have dumped their cleanups into the wilderness on the outskirts of town :(
I feel they have to have one somewhere. Some people have ran into a problem with the landfill being pretty far away in another city. They either do multiple jobs with one load before they drive there, or they advertise in that area the dump is at and do it that way. Do some research and find out where the nearest landfill, dump is to you. Hope that helps
